Diagnosis
Flagellomeres short, e.g. flagellomeres 1-3 as long as wide; mesoscutum and scutellum black with metallic blue tinges, mesoscutum with raised and weak reticulation, scutellum predominantly smooth and shiny; femora and tibiae dark brown; median carina on propodeum short and wide, LC/WC = 1.8; first gastral tergite with weak punctures posteriorly.
